Some  years ago I attended a female sexuality workshop. At the end, I wept, sad in the sudden realisation that I'd lived this long without fully experiencing my sexual potential.

That day set me on a path that leads me here, passionate to share my belief that our bodies and our sensual experiences are keys to a more balanced life of purpose, power and pleasure. Our feminine energy is a rich source of happiness. It's not a question of learning it. It's in us all. I want to help you activate yours so that you feel more alive and connected in your day-to-day.

I've been working in the international wellbeing industry for 25 years as a journalist, author, copywriter and consultant. I bring my personal and professional life together in Awaken the Feminine, my curated platform that draws from ancient medicine philosophies,  neuroscience, expert practitioners, trainings and experiences that have had a profound effect on me.
