In this workshop we explore both our sensual and sexual energy, as a way of bringing more flow and pleasure into our lives. We combine learning with embodiment to reconnect with our true feminine nature. I blend teachings around our unique physiology as women with breathing, touch and movement practices that can fit easily into our daily life. Plus, a guided visualisation into our pelvic space. When we step out of the chatter of our minds and delve into the wisdom and pleasure of our bodies, we feel more aligned. Living more sensually is living more powerfully. We start to magnetise into our lives more of what we desire, as if by osmosis.

We share learnings around the intricacies of our genital anatomy. We'll experience our sensual nature through soft hormonal yoga, fertility dance and womb-guided meditation practices to activate our feminine energy and cultivate deeper states of inner awareness and connection with our sexual aliveness.
